    Our real estate services are designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients on a real estate department "outsource" basis. These services include strategic planning, metro studies, site analysis, and site selection, lease negotiation, asset acquisition and disposition, and built-to-suit projects.

    PRP also offers real estate asset services, which are performed for projects generated by our affiliates. These projects include acquisition and asset management of existing properties, new property developments, redevelopment of existing properties and adaptive reuse of existing properties.
